Silver Sneakers

Seniors and other qualified individuals participating in AARP or Humana Health Care plans may be eligible for free membership at the Kishwaukee Family YMCA through the Silver Sneakers Program. Military One Source

Families of deployed military service personnel may be eligible for a free family membership at the Kishwaukee Family YMCA through the Department of Defense Military One Source Outreach Program. Stop in at the YMCA front desk with your military ID and deployment orders to see if you are eligible.

Fit Rebate

Those insured by Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Minnesota may be eligible for a discount on monthly membership dues, provided they work out at least 8 times per month. Stop at the front desk with your insurance card to sign up!

Corporate Membership Programs

We believe that the health and well being of the members of our community is a top priority. Our Corporate Membership Program was designed to motivate community businesses to encourage a healthy lifestyle for their employees.

Businesses and organizations with 10 or more em ployees signing up for YMCA membership are eligible for the program. Please contact the YMCA to find out if your business is a current participant.
