2013 Community Support Campaign
The Y is in our community to give everyone an opportunity to learn, grow and thrive. When you give to the Y, your gift will have a meaningful, enduring impact right in our your own neighborhood. The YMCA provides nurturing programs to bring families together and prevent many problems before they begin.
With your help, more children and families in our community can grow strong at the YMCA! …and working together, we will build a stronger community for the future.

Ways to Give
Your gifts to the YMCA help people grow in spirit, mind and body, and instill the values of caring, honesty, respect, responsibility and faith. Since our local YMCA was founded more than 50 years ago, gifts from people like you have made huge returns of service to our community possible.
There are many ways to support the Kishwaukee Family YMCA. Most donors make gifts and pledge payments by check, credit card or bank draft. Others take advantage of tax savings that come from giving appreciated stocks, shares of mutual funds, bonds, real estate, or other types of personal property. A growing number of YMCA members and friends incorporate gifts into their financial and estate planning. Your gift - large or small - makes a difference to the communities we serve.
Annual Giving
While many social service organizations care for people once they are in crisis, the YMCA provides nurturing programs to bring families together and prevent many problems before they begin.
The YMCA is a place where everyone is welcome regardless of age, race, religion or financial circumstances. Each year, through the annual giving campaign, your gifts provide the financial assistance to ensure that YMCA's programs and services are available to children and families who need them the most.
The Annual Campaign helps men, women and children of all ages. Your gift will have a major impact in our community, bringing a family together, helping a child learn to swim or discovering all the adventures that await them at camp.

Leaving A Legacy
Making a planned gift to the YMCA offers a flexible and simple way to combine philanthropy with financial planning. In fact, a planned gift may help you give more to the YMCA than you thought possible, while still providing you or someone you designate with favorable financial and/or tax benefits. Planned gifts to the YMCA are about planning for the future: Your future and the future of children and families. To meet your specific needs, a variety of gift options are available. While each planned gift is different, these gifts can offer significant financial or tax benefits while ensuring that future generations will enjoy the YMCA.
