ADULT INDOOR SOCCER LEAGUE
This league is for anyone that loves to play soccer, needs an exciting way to stay in shape, or is just looking for some family friendly fun! League is adult, co-ed and played indoors with games on Sunday afternoons. Participants need to sign up as individuals, though immediate family members will be able to play on the same team. League is 6 V6 and most FIFA rules will be in effect.
ADULT RAQUETBALL LEAGUE
Suited for all skill levels, as this adult league has 5 divisions. Games are scheduled by players on a weekly basis so various schedules can be accommodated. Concludes with a season ending tournament. USRA rules apply. Visit www.usra.org to view rules.
CO-ED RECREATIONAL VOLLEYBALL LEAGUE
Organize a team and play in this recreational league. Play will be 6 vs. 6 and matches will be played in the old school format. Must serve to score and plays to 15 to win by 2. Teams generally consist of 8-10 players.
Drop-In Volleyball for High School and Up
For those who enjoy playing volleyball in a drop-in format. New teams will be picked weekly.
HOUSE ROLLER HOCKEY LEAGUE (high school and up)
Coed roller hockey league for players to build on the fundamentals learned in the YMCA youth roller hockey league.
Season concludes with a tournament
Rosters will consist of 9 skaters and 1 goalie
Required Equipment: Helmet with shield/cage, gloves, elbow pads, hockey shin guards, hockey or sweat pants, skates, and a hockey stick.

Drop-In Hockey (high school & up)
Come and play pick-up hockey. New teams are picked weekly and games are played in pick-up format. May register the Friday prior.

Drop-In Soccer (K - Adult)
For those who enjoy playing indoor soccer in a drop-in format. New teams will be picked weekly.
Adult Flag Football League (high school and up)
***This league is non-contact with no blocking. Play is 5 Vs 5. Season concludes with a tournament.
